When You Visit Our Website
We utilize basic site analytics provided by Cloudflare. We do not use any tracking analytics (3rd party or otherwise).
When You Sign Up
Creation of an account requires us to collect and save some information.
We save the following data during account creation:
- Email address.
- Password (hashed and salted).
- Date of account creation.
- Time of most recent login.
When You Use Our Service
Use of an account requires us to collect and save additional data. If you purchase a subscription, we will maintain a record of that purchase (and the data provided by our payment processor) for a period of 3 years.
Our system encrypts personally identifiable data on an individual user basis. You are the only one with the ability to decrypt your personally identifiable data.
Encrypted Data
- Student first name, last name, grade, preferred name, pronouns, student id, and notes.
- Session notes.
- Student guardian names.
- Teacher first name, last name, preferred name, pronouns, and notes.
- Lesson notes.
- Group notes.
- Consultation contact, student grade, and notes.
- Sticky notes.
Un-encrypted Data
- Student gender, race, teachers, and tags. These metadata values are utilized in aggregating team data. Encryption of these values would prevent data aggregation.
- Session date, duration, type, concern, and archival status.
- Group date, duration, and archival status.
- Lesson date, duration, and archival status.
- Time tracking date, duration, main classification, sub classification, and archival status.
- Sticky note date, and priority status.
- Contact types, visit types, referral types, concerns, topics, time tracking events, domains, mindsets, and behaviors.
- Consultation role, duration, and date.
Data Sharing
If served with a valid warrant from law enforcement, we will share data with them (though it is largely encrypted and ostensibly useless). Otherwise, we do not share data.
Deleting An Account
You may delete your account at any time you wish. With the exceptions of your email address and payment history, all of your data will be immediately deleted. We will maintain a record of your email address and payment history for a period of 3 years.
